In the period from 1960 till 1965, The Skakin’ Arrows where national known as the ‘Dutch Shadows’
After a quit period, the band started playing again in 1977.

Performances in Germany and also on a ferry to England followed for instance followed and they got the change to play in shows with big names like Fats Domino, Roy Orbison and The Everly Brothers.
They were also contracted in a concert with Jerry Lee Lewis in Rotterdam.
 Nowadays the band is one of the most famous Rock ‘n’ Roll bands in Holland.

They play a good mixture of instrumentals and vocal songs , in the authentic style.
The Shakin’ Arrows recorded 7 albums (vinyl), 7 singles, 1 EP, 15 CD’s and 2 DVD's.
